The Property

holiday home for happy people

Metato26 was entirely renovated in 2009 under the creative direction of Architect Stefano Viviani.
Thanks to his expert guidance and the great work of the ingenious masons from Santa Lucia along with a talented blacksmith and carpenter from Casoli, Metato26  is now able to offer its guests great comfort in a cozy and romantic atmosphere where antique family furniture meets modern technology to create a unique style.
Hardwood floors made from local chestnut trees as well as terracotta tiles, thick wooden beams, custom-made wrought iron and natural fabrics create a very special atmosphere indeed.

Metato26 sleeps four guests in two bedrooms. Room 1 has its own private bathroom with both bathtub and separate shower. Room 2 has its own private entrance, a studio with an additional bed and a stunning view of the (Mediterranean) Sea. Both rooms are equipped with air conditioning.

The living room with its open marble fire place, large couch and two comfortable armchairs is ideal for relaxing after a day on the beach or a day trip to Pisa or Florence . The expandable round table can accommodate up to 10 guests.

The kitchen, located on the bottom floor, gives direct access to the garden area to facilitate the service outside under the pergola, which is ideal for ‘al fresco’ dining. Guests who enjoy cooking will not be disappointed as the kitchen is complete with a professional electric oven, induction stove top, large refrigerator and separate freezer, ice cream maker, food processor and juicer.

Completely redone in 2012, a 100 sqm garden provides the guests with tomatoes, zucchini, basil and other herbs in summer, while in winter with oranges, onions, kale and salad.
